Helena Wong
Entrepreneurial and highly accomplished SALES EXECUTIVEwith 29+ years of verifiable successes in some of the most competitive and dynamic real estate markets in Canada and Asia.
Before leaving Hong Kong and became a Canadian Citizen, Helena Wong spent more than 9 years in marketing real estates overseas to residents of Hong Kong and neighbouring Southeast Asia countries through her partnership known as Harrison and Wong International Marketing Ltd. These homes were sold site unseen and as second homes.
The properties marketed were located in London, Mediterranean Spain, Algarve in Portugal, various cities in Switzerland and the tax haven of Andorra, Vancouver/Toronto of Canada plus properties in New York/various cities in Florida, San Francisco and Hawaii of U.S.A. .
Soon after arriving in Toronto, to enable herself to gain local experience and slowly move back to the top level of management, she joined Tridel as a Sales Representative in May 1991 and spent 20+ years in Toronto marketing pre-construction projects with a few exceptional participations ultimately utilizing her experience and knowledge in overseas properties marketing and exhibition :
- organized and presented Tridel’s first real estate exhibition in Hong Kong in the mid 1995;
- team member for Tridel’s first real estates exhibition in Jakarta – Indonesia in 1998;
- team member for Tridel’s first real estates exhibition in Singapore in the early 1999;
- team member in various special investment package sale for the purpose of fulfilling financing bank’s sales quota for construction start;
- opened first off-site sales office for The Royal Arms project in 1994 with sales quota sold by appointments only in 6 months without advertising;
- as International Sales Manager managing Tridel’s sales affiliated offices in Calgary and Vancouver in Canada and Shanghai in China in 2008 until the worldwide financial market crash led by U.S.A. arrived forcing the closure of these offices;
- team B sales member in selling majority of Reve in Downtown in 1 day in October 2009;
- team B sales member in numerous new site openings.
- participating as Tridel’s Chinese spoke person in Dragon Balls – Yee Hong Community Wellness and Foundation’s major annual fund raising events in 1996 to 2002.
