Assignments are properties that were originally sold by a Developer to a Buyer and the Buyer wishes to sell (Assign) their interest in their purchase. The original Buyer in their original purchase agreement may have a clause allowing them to sell their interest in the project. Normally, the Developer prohibits the original Buyer to market their property for sale which would be a direct conflict with the Developer while the Developer is still marketing the balance of their properties they themselves have not sold. Therefore, we do not advertise units we currently have for sale with the original Buyer. However, we do have knowledge of properties that the original Buyers are wishing to sell (Assign) in Toronto. The bulk of these properties are condominiums.
