We can arrange to lease your unit, obtain credit reports and screening of tenants etc. The commission on leasing a unit is one month's rent plus HST. The fee for Property Management is the greater of 6% of the gross rental income each month or $60 for Studio, $80 for 1 bedroom, $100 for 2 bedrooms or larger. The Property Management agreement is for a minimum of one-year term, renewed automatically on the anniversary date unless written notice to Snow international Marketing Ltd. is received 60 days prior to the end of the term. Our services also include PDI/closing inspection, submission of Warranty Service Request to Tarion and signing of Listing Agreement. If you are eligible for the HST new residential rental property rebate, we can prepare the application on your behalf after final closing as part of our services. |
